The Ergos Shell ‘POLE’ chair with flexion is particularly suitable for use in schools. When the student is working at their desk, the seat surface tilts forward. This opens up the angle of the hips and helps to position the spine in the correct posture.
The backrest follows the student’s movements whenever they lean back to relax or listen to a lecture, actively helping to relieve accumulated tension. This promotes dynamic and natural body movement, improving well-being and concentration.
In addition to being stackable, ‘POLE’ chairs can be leaned against table tops to facilitate cleaning of the room.
The backrest is made entirely of polypropylene, with a 25 mm reinforcement around the perimeter obtained by gas-assisted injection for greater strength and durability
